How We Do It

Dye Sublimation: This process allows us to "print" full colour images on your garments, or most any other surface with a polyester coating. The inks that are used turn into gas when brought under heat, then combine with the fabric and permanently print onto the fabric. The effects are permanent and less prone to fading, as the ink is embedded in the fabric or substrate rather than simply laying on top like a normal print.

You can not sublimate on dark colours or cotton, however there are special transfer processes and materials available which will  allow us to apply sublimation images to the materials you want.

Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV): Designs are cut from a special vinyl, and applied to your garment using an industrial heat press. HTV can be applied to a large variety of materials.
